Well, I'm not sure regarding the year that "Promise Me" were aired on TV, but one thing for sure, it's from Chrysalis era (since Anggun still in her new shorter hair cut).
I got that incomplete video from my friend Jason in United States almost 4 years ago. He gave me his Corp. internet lib collection link so I can downloaded it from there. Jason said that he captured that video from some French show television channel. Dunno Rozebud. Does anybody here could help us in order to get the complete one?
